In 2014, after stellar baseball and academic achievements at Vancouver Island University, 2011 Eagles graduate Luke Hawkins was accepted into the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Dentistry.
Eagle players have played with the BC Selects and the Junior National Team and have represented B.C. at the Canada Cup and Canada in international tournaments.
In 2011 our Bantam AAA teams were first and third in the Provincial Championship tournament.
The 2013 Premier Eagles won the coveted BCPBL provincial championship. The 2013 BCPBL MVP and Batting titles were awarded to a Premier Eagle.
In 2015, the Eagles had their most successful season in history, with the Premier and Junior Premier teams combining for 51 regular season PBL victories. The Premier Eagles were awarded BCPBL Organization of the Year, and individual players took home BCPBL League MVP, Top Offensive Player, Gold Glove and Rookie of the Year awards. The Bantam AAA Black Eagles represented BC at the Baseball Canada National Championships after winning the Provincials in Rutland.
Our young men are some of Victoria's finest athletes. Each player has the desire to play baseball at the highest level of skill and competition and each has committed to the many hours of practice and training during a season that carries on through the fall and the winter months.
